Ellen Lang Goodrich

Ellen was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, but has lived in Houston for over twenty years. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska and her law degree from the South Texas College of Law. Since graduating from law school, Ellen has primarily been involved in a business transactional practice which includes entity formation, merger and acquisitions and related real estate transactions. She has practiced in private law firms and as assistant In-House Counsel for a small publicly-traded company, where she was involved in employment law, contract negotiations, real estate leasing and corporate compliance. In 2010, Ellen received her LL.M in Energy, Environmental and Natural Resources Law from the University of Houston Law Center.
