Traci S. Jackson

Traci is a native of Mobile, Alabama, but has lived in Houston since 2004 when she started
practicing law. She attended Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana and
Loyola University New Orleans for her law and undergraduate degrees, respectively. Traci
began her legal career as a corporate attorney representing several Fortune 500 companies in
major commercial transactions in the areas of banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions
and securities prior to transitioning into the full-time practice of real estate law. As a real estate
attorney, she represents commercial real estate developers and property owners in the acquisition and disposition
of unimproved and improved properties, development and redevelopment of properties, the
leasing of properties and financing of such transactions. She also assists in handling various real estate transactions involving the acquisition of telecommunication towers. In addition, Traci has represented a commercial condominium association
in preparing its formation and organizational documents.
